Felix is a therapeutic coach who will support you to work through a wide range of challenges, including low confidence, low self-esteem, compulsive behaviours, and emotional overwhelm. Alongside a strong academic and professional background—holding a Law degree, he integrates evidence-based approaches with lived experience and personal growth shaped through 12-step recovery principles.

Drawing on his own journey and ongoing commitment to these principles, Felix brings authenticity, empathy, and grounded understanding to his work. As a 12-step sponsor and group facilitator, he creates a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore the deeper roots of their patterns and begin meaningful change.

Steven, Psychotherapist

Steven is an experienced integrative psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and stress. With a strong academic foundation, he earned his MSc in Psychotherapy from Strathclyde University, where he developed a comprehensive approach to mental health. Drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities, Steven tailors his sessions to each individual’s needs, offering a safe and supportive space to explore and address the root causes of emotional distress. With a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach, Michael offers a calm and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their experiences without fear of criticism or shame.
