To book an introductory session, please add your details below and we will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate the session. (All contact details are held confidentially).

One-to-one sessions take place once a week and are completed online via Zoom.
Each session lasts 55 minutes.
We will find a consistent time that fits in with your schedule.
