The Journey is a small, dedicated mental wellbeing platform connecting you with bespoke psychotherapy sessions.

All of our psychotherapists and coaches work integratively, drawing on the main therapeutic modalities including the Person-Centred approach, Psychodynamic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This empowers practitioners to tailor each session to your needs.

The therapists and coaches on our platform are committed to providing the highest standard of care in every session.

Life constantly provides difficult situations that can bring emotional and psychological challenges. It can be hard to work through situations alone and often, those closest to us can be too involved to lean on for support.

‘The Journey’ provides private, confidential psychotherapy and coaching sessions that will help you to work through the issues that come up in your day-to-day life.

Here, you will find help in confronting and overcoming mental health challenges, career related issues and barriers to healthy, happy relationships.

You could use online forums such as Reddit to meet your mental health needs. You can seek out a life coach with a well polished website to provide the answers. You could have a chat with a mate over a beer where the age old advice of, ‘keep your chin up’ may resolve things.
